fx was opened by current owner Mark Bidston in 1996 to offer top quality, creative hairdressing at affordable prices, backed by a high level of client care and service. This is still our priority, achieved through total commitment to developing the skills of our team.

We are members of the renowned Three Six Five hairdressing training organisation and work with top product companies such as L'Oreal and Paul Mitchell to maintain our position at the top of our industry.

In our salon, we use the best products available and offer you a great retail selection from, among others, L'Oreal, TIGI, Fudge, Paul Mitchell and ghd. And our team are happy to offer easy-to-follow advice on home hair care.
